hi there...

Essentially, I'm your friend down the street who started blogging, and then life THRew LEMONS (AKA DIVORCE), and suddenly I found myself here, talking to you.

I am a believer that everything happens for a reason, saying what you mean, asking for what you want, and elevating your every day, whatever that means to you.

I turned 60 and moved to Paris for a year— to explore Europe, soak up the culture, and live out a lifelong dream. croissants included. Now i'm back, and I brought a whole lot of story with me.

in other words, i'm making the best ddamn lemonade possible.

I've just completed my memoir, cock-tales: a midlife shakeup—the honest, sometimes hilarious story of divorce, reinvention, and what happens when you finally choose yourself.
