A woman’s so-called "prime" is 30-39—socially, professionally, physically, sexually, emotionally. Really? That couldn’t be further from the truth. I’m just getting started! Mid-life isn’t a deadline—it’s a launchpad. I’m here to shatter the outdated notions of what any age "should" look like.
Age? It’s just a number. What matters is your energy, your curiosity, and your courage to keep evolving. I may be older, but I’m young at heart and fully embracing the lessons life has taught me. The best part? I’ve stopped worrying about what others think. That freedom is priceless.
So, what about those so-called lemons? Life threw them at me—hard. Divorce, unexpected turns, moments of "What the ‘F’ just happened?!" But you know what? Every challenge has been a chance to grow. I dusted myself off, stood taller, and told myself: "I’ve got this!"
