A woman's so-called "prime" is between 30-39 — socially, professionally, physically, sexually, and emotionally. OMG! That couldn't be further from the truth. I'm just getting started! I'm here to dispel any notions of what your fifties should look like (or any age for that matter). Age is just a number, right?!
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do something because you're of a certain age. I may be older, but I'm young at heart, and always eager to embrace the lessons life has to offer. I know myself better now, thanks to those lessons, and deciding not to worry what other people think.
As for "What the "F" just happened?!" Life happens for a reason; you decide whether or not you're going to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and tell yourself, "I GOT THIS!"
